The AFOYI Disaster Recovery service is at it's core a short term hire of the most basic, but important, IT equipment needed to run your business, including PCs, printers, networking equipment and servers.

What's Included?

AFOYI will, when required, supply the following hardware on temporary loan of up to 6 weeks:

• 1x router, including wireless Internet access and a built-in switch,
• 1x file server,
• 3x laptop computers,
• 1x black and white laser printer

The laptop computers will contain at a minimum the following software. Extra software will have to be supplied by the customer.

• Windows XP Service Pack 3
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 2007
• Mozilla Firefox
• Mozilla Thunderbird
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
• AVG AntiVirus

Data Recovery

Customers of the AFOYI Offsite Backup Service will gain the additional benefit of having immediate access to their backed up data, which will be pre-copied onto the temporary server before delivery.

Coverage

Due to constraints on the physical delivery of the hardware within the specified service delivery timetables, this service is only available within 250km of the Adelaide CBD.

Pricing

The following pricing applies for the disaster recovery service:

A discount of 5% for a 6 month contract and 15% for a 12 month contract is applied to the base fee purchased in advance.

Registered charities receive a 50% discount on the setup fee and a 50% discount on the full monthly fee regardless of contract duration.
